Plastic Fantastic explores the transformation of recycled plastic and experiments with bioplastics. The project results in a large-scale installation composed of smaller elements that together form an organic wall piece, accompanied by wall-mounted lamps.

Through heat treatment and spray painting, recycled and bioplastic materials acquire new tactile and visual qualities—resembling textile, glass, or metal. The work combines traditional craftsmanship with a sustainable design approach, emphasizing material experimentation without compromising on aesthetics.

Presented as part of a curated group exhibition during 3daysofdesign at O—Overgaden, the project highlights the value of artistic reuse and offers an alternative view on plastic as a material for contemporary craft.
